Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with prior professional sales experience and territory management skills. A full understanding of the sales process, including business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory management, is necessary, as is the ability to negotiate and close deals. The role requires strong customer relationship skills, the ability to sell at the highest level, and the candidate must be located within the assigned territory. Responsibilities

The Outside Account Manager will manage their assigned portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals for all products. They will assist dealerships in maximizing their program's financial opportunity through customized action plans and drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and overall retail strategies via coaching. Responsibilities include collaborating with dealership stakeholders on product selection, inventory levels, and pricing, maintaining a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers, and managing all activity tracking and account information in Salesforce. The role also involves staying knowledgeable about current industry trends and sharing best practices to support continuous improvement.
