Experienced telecom construction professional
Reside within commutable distance of the assigned market (Spartanburg, SC) with frequent onsite presence essential
Valid, fully unencumbered Driver’s License required
Ability to recommend process changes to optimize technology use and service setup/maintenance

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with local subcontractors, partners, communities, municipalities, utilities, and community members to facilitate OSP construction and address concerns
Oversee line-crews, splicers, and subcontractor crews for safe, on-time, and on-budget project completion
Track crew progress and report real-time updates to internal teams and leadership
Monitor OSP contractor crews to drive a safety culture at worksites
Ensure OSP subcontractor crews meet NESC code compliance
