Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with local subcontractors, partners, communities, municipalities, utilities, and community members to facilitate OSP construction and address concerns
  • Oversee line-crews, splicers, and subcontractor crews for safe, on-time, and on-budget project completion
  • Track crew progress and report real-time updates to internal teams and leadership
  • Monitor OSP contractor crews to drive a safety culture at worksites
  • Ensure OSP subcontractor crews meet NESC code compliance
