Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in learning design, facilitation, and development program creation. A minimum of 2 years of people management experience is required, along with proven expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and blended learning approaches. Experience with learning technologies such as LMS platforms, content libraries, and analytics tools is necessary, as is a demonstrated understanding of emerging technologies and AI applications in learning. Exceptional facilitation and communication skills are essential, as are strong project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

The Organizational Effectiveness Lead will design and deliver impactful learning experiences, drive capability building, and embed scalable development strategies. Responsibilities include creating and facilitating high-quality learning solutions using blended methodologies, leveraging AI-enabled platforms and learning systems to personalize learning pathways, and developing innovative learning toolkits and training experiences. This role involves partnering cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to co-create learning experiences, acting as an internal consultant to identify performance gaps and recommend learning interventions, and defining success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences. Additionally, the lead will contribute to the development of enterprise-wide toolkits, onboarding assets, and leader development materials.
