Work closely with the Assistant Club Manager to provide leadership and direction within the club
Drive club performance, particularly for directly managed departments
Perform all OMNI functions and lead Omni team members
Establish operational efficiencies, maintain policies and procedures, and deliver outstanding member experiences
Administer all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club
Lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily (e.g., Grand opening look)
Set clear expectations, utilize follow-up and accountability to execute business expectations within timeframes
Support team member engagement, address concerns, and escalate as appropriate
Guarantee service excellence through all points of contact and empower teams to resolve member concerns
Acknowledge team member success, work collaboratively to achieve goals, and identify/retain top talent
