Requirements

Candidates should have hands-on experience with SQL and Python or a similar programming language. They should also have exposure to Tableau or another BI tool, such as Power BI or Looker, and experience building dashboards or visualizations. A proactive problem-solving approach with high attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Experience or a demonstrable interest in Operations is also required.

Responsibilities

The Ops BI Analyst will build, enhance, and automate dashboards and reporting for Operations using SQL, Python, and Tableau to make key data accessible and actionable while reducing manual work. They will support the development and deployment of AI Insight models, including prompt engineering, collaborating with Operations to validate results, and partnering with Engineering teams to productionize solutions. The analyst will also work closely with Analytics Engineering to design and embed DataMarts into reporting and respond to ad hoc data requests, turning operational questions into clear, actionable insights that drive process improvements and informed decision-making.
