Ability to utilize Power BI tools, visuals and paginated reports
Experience with SQL and/or PL-SQL
Experience working with data tables and matrices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data visualization and reporting and 1 year development in Power BI
Certification: Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate or equivalent
US Citizenship (clearable) required; experience implementing solutions in sensitive Government environments highly preferred

Responsibilities

Perform data preparation by identifying and connecting to multiple data sources, selecting a storage mode, and using multiple data cloud based and/or on-premises data sources
Profile the data by examining data structures, identifying data anomalies, and analyzing column properties
Clean, transform, and load data by identifying and creating appropriate keys for joins
Apply data shape transformation to table structures and configuring data loading
Model data by defining tables, define relationship cardinality and cross-filter direction, leverage DAX to build complex measures
Optimize the model’s performance
Visualize the data by creating reports and dashboards
Analyze the data by enhancing reports to expose insights, and by performing advanced analysis
Deploy and maintain deliverables by managing datasets
