Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in BI engineering, preferably in marketing analytics or digital performance domains
  • Master of Microsoft Excel and various BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and analytical tools
  • Experience and validated mastery of dynamic data warehouse concepts/methodologies to implement business intelligence solutions
  • Write efficient Structured Query Language (SQL) using various SQL-development software packages including Teradata and Oracle PL/SQL; comfortable using custom SQL for complex data pulls
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), WebSDK, CJA, and RTCDP is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of media measurement frameworks and digital consumer journey analytics
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and data governance practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and automation of Power BI dashboards for media performance across channels (Display, Search, Social, Cross-platform) and website engagement metrics
  • Maintain and evolve self-service reporting tools supporting 17 brands across 22 markets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define taxonomy, enforce naming conventions, and ensure data governance compliance
  • Integrate data from Adobe RTCDP, AAM, and other MarTech platforms to support real-time analytics and audience segmentation
  • Support campaign-level reporting and closed-loop attribution analysis for media and site KPIs
  • Partner with MAS Performance Analytics Squads to deliver in-market insights and support brand-level marketing decisions
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting layers including Gold Layer creation for CRM and Site Reporting
  • Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues, optimize data pipelines, and support migration efforts (e.g., OnPrem to Azure)
  • Demonstrate very good understanding of processes and procedures relevant to own work area with ability to exercise decision-making skills to identify and propose solutions to leadership
  • Identify and correct non-routine problems in existing systems and processes through independent judgment; independently identify and apply appropriate company policies and procedures to resolve issues
  • Work under general supervision with limited guidance and direction; determine appropriate course of action within broad guidelines and handle nearly every standard or typical request independently
  • Recommend types of reporting analytics and procedures to apply to meet stated business objectives
  • Train and guide business partners focused on data analysis methodology, reporting, and tools
  • Prepare documentation and analytical reports that effectively summarize results, assumptions, and conclusions
