Responsibilities

Ondersteunen van de supervisor en zorgen dat (deel)processen soepel verlopen
Voor de dienst bespreken van de bijzonderheden van die dag met de supervisors
Communiceren met peers, supervisors en handlers om het proces efficiënt en zorgvuldig te laten verlopen
Bij onverwachte situaties snel overleggen en probleemoplossend vermogen tonen
Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen wanneer processen of resultaten afwijken van de gestelde targets
Positief blijven en het proces op een coachende manier aansturen
Veiligheid prioriteren (nummer 1), samen met de supervisor zorgen voor een veilig werkklimaat en deze visie uitdragen naar het team
