A technical degree (BSc/MSc) in engineering (e.g., chemical, mechanical, or process engineering)
Several years of experience in an industrial production environment
Experience leading a 24/7 shift team is a plus
Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

Lead daily operations of 5 N2O plants, 2 UHP lines, and supporting infrastructure
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and external contractors
Actively contribute to incident investigations, risk management, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with supply chain on production planning and raw material logistics
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and plant efficiency
Support audits and ensure compliance with permits and legal requirements
Supervise a team of 11 shift operators, 1 team leader, and loading operators
Oversee daily operations at N2O plants, UHP lines, storage and loading areas, and site utilities
Work closely with the Meise Site Manager and act as their deputy when needed
Act as the operations supervisor for N2O activities after initial training and grow towards plant manager role
