Requirements

Candidates must possess deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills. They should be able to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed, and respond to urgent store issues. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will effectively work with store management and crews, supervise store activities, communicate information, assist customers with questions and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, support merchandise presentation, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain customer confidentiality. They will also handle customer relations issues, provide colleagues with customer service feedback, and ensure the completion of all opening and closing procedures while leading the store and supervisory staff in the absence of a manager.
