Responsibilities

This role involves collaborating and or leading on end-to-end project planning and execution for key Ops initiatives, acting as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, Ecommerce, and Compliance to streamline workflows and resolve blockers, collaborating with a cross-functional team to identify growth opportunities and develop plans, using data analysis tools to identify insights and track performance metrics, identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements, serving as a secondary point of contact for pharmacy communications, and taking ownership of projects to ensure outcomes align with business objectives and key deliverables are met.
