Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven approach, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, effective project management, and strong collaboration skills to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals. Excellent leadership, motivational, conflict resolution, and delegation skills are essential.

Note: This is a contract-to-hire position.

Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership & Execution: Lead and collaborate on end-to-end project planning and execution for key Operations initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, Ecommerce, and Compliance to streamline workflows, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment on deliverables.
  • Planning: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute initiatives that improve business outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Amplitude, VWO, Looker) to derive insights, inform decisions, and track performance metrics.
  • Process Optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and introduce scalable solutions.
  • Product & Pharmacy Support: Serve as a secondary point of contact for pharmacy communications, managing product launches, updates, and issue resolutions effectively.

  • Adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused when navigating ambiguity.
  • Proficient in MS Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Asana and Notion is a plus.
