The Lead Clinical Support Specialist will oversee goals, progress, and resource allocation for clinical projects, develop intervention strategies to optimize medication utilization and achieve quality measures, manage team productivity and timelines, ensure quality assurance standards are met, represent the Clinical Care team at customer meetings and lead internal staff meetings, and hire, train, and schedule team members while contributing to team growth and development.
