Responsibilities

The Care Team Operations Technical Specialist will identify inefficiencies within Color’s care team operations, systems, and platforms, and partner with the team to design new ways of working to improve scalability. They will gather and translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions, utilizing low-code/no-code platforms to build and launch workflow automations for the care team operations team, maintaining these automations and providing user support. Additionally, they will build data dashboards and views to enable effective operations management, perform data analyses to guide decision-making, and develop low-code tooling for managing processes like demand and supply planning and cohort management, all while supporting multiple high-priority projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
