The Operations Manager will schedule and update attendance for meetings and events, provide support to editors during news events, plan and implement culture-building activities, manage staff expenses and time banks in Workday, oversee accounts payable and receivable, coordinate internal desk moves, assist with position management transactions, facilitate Workday onboarding, purchase supplies and equipment, manage freelancers and vendors, troubleshoot issues, and assist writers and editors as needed.
