Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday HCM/Financials. They must be able to multitask and perform a variety of duties, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills, and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents and provide best practices. Prior experience in Workday or other HCM ERP platforms around Benefits, Payroll, and Time tracking is mandatory, along with a willingness to go the extra mile to solve customer problems.
Responsibilities
The Workday Senior Manager - Global AMS will serve as a “go to” practice leader, providing expert guidance and development support to the Consulting management team. This role will assist the sales team with orals, estimations, and SOWs, working closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and leads. They will identify business needs, staffing projects, and monitor consultant work/life balance, manage a team of managers and consultants, provide expertise around Workday best practices, and facilitate project planning and execution. Furthermore, they will mentor the team, contribute to billable delivery activities, assist with recruitment and development, promote a team-oriented environment, and support new business opportunities, including RFP responses and SOW reviews. They will also contribute to practice building activities and assist with escalations related to resourcing or project concerns.
