Retail Operations Manager

Candidates should possess deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills. They must be able to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, and be willing to work overtime and respond to urgent issues at the store. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
The Operations Manager will manage and lead others, supervising store crews, effectively communicating with the store crew and supervisors, and supporting the Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement. They will assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture, and maintaining an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative, and leading by example. Additionally, they will be responsible for overall store management, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, and development, and financial management.
