The Operations Manager will prepare clear agendas, pre-reads, and post-meeting summaries, and facilitate weekly leadership operating cadence sessions. This role involves supporting leadership communications, identifying and implementing workflow improvements using AI and automation, and planning logistics for leadership offsites and events. Responsibilities also include orchestrating key leadership calendars, coordinating vendor relationships and renewals, and serving as a culture carrier and communication hub.
