Candidates should possess deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills. They must be able to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, and be willing to respond to urgent issues at the store. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
The Operations Manager will manage and lead others, supervise store crews, effectively communicate with store crew and supervisors, support the Store Manager with operational and service improvement actions, assist customers with questions and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, and manage sales and inventory. They will also oversee employee staffing, training, and development, manage financial aspects of the store, and demonstrate initiative and lead by example.
