Requirements

Candidates should possess deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills. They must be able to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, and be willing to work overtime and respond to urgent issues at the store. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience as a retail manager or supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will lead and supervise store crews, assign and direct activities, communicate effectively with the store crew and supervisors, and support the Store Manager with operational and service improvement actions plans. They will also assist customers with questions and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, and manage sales and inventory effectively, while ensuring employee staffing, training, and development, and maintaining financial management and customer service leadership.
