Requirements

Candidates should possess an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, and preferred experience includes business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting, along with 3+ years of healthcare or physician recruiting experience, and 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of credentialing and healthcare compliance requirements, excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, proficiency with Google Suite and recruitment tools/ATS platforms, and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment are also required.

Responsibilities

The Recruiting Manager will strategically recruit physicians to support operational demand for federal and VA exams, lead and manage targeted recruitment campaigns using various methods, secure physician commitment and availability, negotiate physician pricing, supervise and coach recruiting staff, ensure timely resolution of service requests, monitor staff performance, collaborate with other teams on onboarding and compliance, develop innovative sourcing strategies, provide regular updates on performance metrics, and participate in special projects and initiatives. They will also maintain physician assignments and scheduling, track recruitment metrics, and support client relationships.
