Requirements
Candidates should possess deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills. They must be able to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, and be willing to respond to urgent issues at the store. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience as a retail manager or supervisor is preferred.
Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will lead and supervise store crews, assign activities, and effectively communicate with store crew and supervisors. They will support the Store Manager in driving store execution and performance, building consumer loyalty, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Operations Manager will be responsible for sales and inventory management, employee staffing and training, and financial management, while also assisting customers with their questions and concerns and promoting a customer service culture.
