Requirements

Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field. Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will provide operational support to the PS Operations Americas organization, partnering with the Professional Services Operations Director and Americas PS stakeholders to drive operational excellence. This includes supporting strategy development, leading process improvement initiatives, overseeing pipeline and project delivery inspection cadences, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying operational enhancements. Responsibilities also involve implementing the operational framework, developing and refining standard delivery processes for global consistency, supporting sales leaders from pipeline creation to project delivery through business reviews, and driving the execution of partner delivery efforts across Professional Services engagements.
