Candidates should possess deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills. They must be able to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, and be willing to respond to urgent issues at the store. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
The Operations Manager will lead and supervise the store crew, assign and direct activities, effectively communicate with the store crew and supervisors, support the Store Manager with operational and service improvement actions plans, assist customers with their questions and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture, and manage sales and inventory. They will also oversee employee staffing, training, and development, manage financial aspects of the store, and demonstrate initiative while leading by example.
