Requirements
Candidates must have at least 7 years of service industry experience, including a minimum of 4 years in progressive leadership roles and 3 years managing branch financials or P&L. A driving record that meets company insurance standards is required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience with service and installation management, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce or MS Dynamics. Experience with service and installation programming, knowledge of building codes and construction techniques, and previous experience recruiting independent contractors are also preferred. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States permanently.
Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will oversee the branch's installation program, including profitability, pipeline management, inventory efficiency, expense control, and staff development, while prioritizing the customer experience. They will develop and manage the branch operational plan, monitor daily activities to ensure operational efficiency, and troubleshoot issues to implement solutions. Responsibilities include meeting branch margin and profitability targets, managing expenditures within budget, analyzing branch data to provide solutions, and leading, developing, and managing direct reports. The role also involves recruiting, onboarding, and managing employees, maintaining positive customer relationships, and collaborating with the regional team to implement best practices and SOPs.
