Requirements

Candidates must possess deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer proficiency. Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills are also required. The ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, overtime, and to respond to urgent store issues is necessary. Previous experience as a retail manager or supervisor is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will support the Store Manager in the overall leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store, focusing on driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. This includes overall store management, supervision, policy implementation, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, and development, financial management, and customer service leadership. The Operations Manager will also lead others, work effectively with store crews, supervise and direct crew activities, and communicate information openly and in a timely manner. They will also support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
