Requirements

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will lead and supervise store crews, assign activities, communicate effectively, and support the Store Manager in driving store execution, performance, and consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. They will also assist customers, promote a customer service culture, manage sales and inventory, oversee employee staffing and training, and contribute to financial management, all while demonstrating initiative and leading by example.
