Candidates should possess deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills, along with advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing abilities. The ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, and respond to urgent issues is required, as is a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
The Operations Manager will lead and supervise store crews, assign activities, communicate effectively, and support the Store Manager in driving store execution, performance, and consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. They will also assist customers, promote a customer service culture, manage sales and inventory, oversee employee staffing and training, and contribute to financial management, all while demonstrating initiative and leading by example.
