The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team under the supervision of the Store Manager, responsible for leading store crews, supervising activities, and supporting operational improvements in a CVS/pharmacy store focused on customer service and health care transformation.
Strong candidates have experience as a retail manager or supervisor, along with the required deductive reasoning, analytical, communication, leadership, and flexible scheduling skills; note that this role is not part of the Retail Management Development Program and does not lead directly to Store Manager.
