Operations Manager at CVS Health

The typical pay range for this role is $17.70 - $31.00 per hour.

This is a part-time position with anticipated weekly hours of 29.

Required qualifications include deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, computer skills, advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skills, plus the ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, overtime, and respond to urgent store issues.

The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team under the supervision of the Store Manager, responsible for leading store crews, supervising activities, and supporting operational improvements in a CVS/pharmacy store focused on customer service and health care transformation.

Strong candidates have experience as a retail manager or supervisor, along with the required deductive reasoning, analytical, communication, leadership, and flexible scheduling skills; note that this role is not part of the Retail Management Development Program and does not lead directly to Store Manager.
