Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of courier and logistics services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of e-commerce packages
  • Manage hub/warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound package handling, sorting, and dispatch
  • Draft SOPs and work with the Tech team on drafting system operations requirements and improving user experience on Shipa Ecommerce systems
  • Supervise last-mile delivery execution and optimize delivery routes for cost-efficiency and speed
  • Coordinate with Tech team, clients, vendors, and finance team to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Train and manage delivery associates, drivers, and operations support staff
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans
  • Utilize logistics software and tracking tools to manage orders, shipments, and fleet movement
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards in all operations
  • Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare reports and analytics for senior management, highlighting performance trends and operational KPIs
