Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate a strong technical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and maintaining automated systems. Familiarity with robotics and automation technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Automation Technician, you will troubleshoot robotic and automated systems, perform preventative and ad hoc maintenance tasks, partner with support teams on application and software troubleshooting, serve as the operational owner of ticket resolution and communication to stakeholders, train end users and operations support teams on automated system applications, coordinate and track maintenance inventory, and serve as a liaison to new system installations alongside project teams, maintaining standards and documentation for automated system applications.
