Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. and a minimum of two years of experience utilizing and maintaining production machinery in a workplace setting, along with prior mechanical and low voltage electrical assembly experience. Strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow instructions and training, and the capacity to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail are also required.

Responsibilities

The Robotics Service Technician will install and test Roca machines for enterprise clients, including building and installing units and performing necessary operations to secure their permanence. They will create, update, and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service, collaborate with Roca Customer Service to author documentation and training materials, support Roca enterprise clients with remote hardware customer service, provide scheduled and emergency repairs of production equipment, perform mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines, replace/repair damaged parts, and comply with safety regulations. Additionally, they will perform preventive maintenance, consult on improvement projects, assist with software testing, and participate in various improvement projects related to machine technology.
