Requirements

  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to deliver the right material to the right location at the right time while adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOP), including recognizing deviations from accepted practice
  • Ability to perform routine Material Operations activities across the Cell Therapy Facility, including cleaning and replenishment of materials, kit building, inventory cycle counting, and warehouse activities (goods receipt, raw material put-away, material disposal)
  • Ability to perform activities supporting manufacture of commercial and clinical Cell Therapy products, including final storage of finished drug product into cryogenic storage, receipt and processing of incoming patients’ apheresis material, and packaging of finished drug product into cryogenic shipper for shipment to patient
  • Ability to complete CGMP forms and/or paper/electronic batch records
  • Ability to perform SAP transactions as required and per SOP for kit building, material replenishment, inventory cycle counting, and material transfers between bin locations
  • General understanding of working with controlled documentation in a Document Management System
  • Ability to review incoming material paperwork for patient apheresis receipt
  • Knowledge of good documentation practices (GDocP) for all activities
  • Demonstration and general understanding of the concept and importance of Chain of Identity (COI)
  • Ability to interact effectively and collaborate with Materials Operations Staff, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and cross-functional employees/departments
  • Availability for B1 shift (6am–6pm, rotational including holidays and weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine Material Operations activities, including cleaning and replenishment of materials, kit building, inventory cycle counting, and warehouse activities
  • Perform activities to support manufacture of commercial and clinical Cell Therapy products: final storage of finished drug product into cryogenic storage, receipt and processing of incoming patients’ apheresis material, packaging of finished drug product into cryogenic shipper for shipment to patient
