Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of Workday Configuration experience in Payroll, Benefits, and Absence modules
  • Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other specialized business applications software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and government agencies
  • Presentation skills to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management
  • Planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to read and interpret complex reports and documents
  • Ability to assimilate and interpret various sources of data while providing recommendations to executive management and making decisions to solve highly complex problems

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer Workday and other systems supporting the HR function
  • Perform mass data cleanup and auditing to ensure data integrity, data entry, adds, changes, and overall system maintenance
  • Generate reports for various business needs
  • Participate in cross-functional projects
  • Recommend policies on reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Provide support for Workday HR system environment, including overall system configuration, performance, and maintenance
  • Maintain HR data and ensure information security
  • Test updates and troubleshoot issues
  • Improve process efficiency
