Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of Workday Configuration experience in Payroll, Benefits, and Absence modules
- Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other specialized business applications software
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas, and government agencies
- Presentation skills to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management
- Planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments
- Ability to read and interpret complex reports and documents
- Ability to assimilate and interpret various sources of data while providing recommendations to executive management and making decisions to solve highly complex problems
Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer Workday and other systems supporting the HR function
- Perform mass data cleanup and auditing to ensure data integrity, data entry, adds, changes, and overall system maintenance
- Generate reports for various business needs
- Participate in cross-functional projects
- Recommend policies on reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Provide support for Workday HR system environment, including overall system configuration, performance, and maintenance
- Maintain HR data and ensure information security
- Test updates and troubleshoot issues
- Improve process efficiency
