The Operations Associate will serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding policies such as payroll, benefits, and travel, while maintaining a thorough understanding of internal policies and staying updated on changes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and streamline workflows, supporting the documentation and refinement of company policies, and preparing timely reports for audit reviews. Additionally, the associate will conduct recurring internal audits to ensure policy compliance, identify process gaps, recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance, and finalize monthly invoices paid via the corporate card.
