Tech-savviness with collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace is necessary, as is experience in knowledge and content management. French or Arabic language skills are a plus.
The Onboarding Operations Specialist will lead and manage the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages. This role involves taking end-to-end ownership of the onboarding process, addressing employee queries, and collaborating closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams. Responsibilities also include continuously seeking and implementing improvements to the onboarding experience and managing and maintaining employee data for accuracy and security.
