Clipboard Health is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Onboarding Expert to join our growing team. As the first human point of contact for new healthcare professionals (HCPs) after signup, you will play a crucial role in guiding, supporting, and empowering them to begin making a difference. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people succeed, solving problems, and building rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Make approximately 75 outbound welcome calls daily to new professionals who signed up the previous day.
  • Host around 7 pre-booked 15-minute onboarding consultations.
  • Send follow-up emails and texts to address questions and ensure smooth progression.
  • Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all interactions.
  • Act as a trusted guide, helping healthcare professionals feel confident, supported, and prepared for their first shift.

  • Quick to learn and comfortable using new systems and tools.
  • Experience in inside sales, onboarding, or customer support is a plus, but not required for quick learners with strong communication skills.

  • Not cold calling: You will only engage with professionals who have recently signed up.
  • Not technical support: While you will guide users, deeper technical issues will be escalated.
  • Not repetitive: Each conversation is unique, requiring critical thinking and adaptability.
