Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, attention to detail, and solid organizational skills. Comfort navigating multiple systems, particularly Google or MS Suite products, is desired, and healthcare or health insurance experience is preferred.
The In-House Network Representative will be responsible for fielding calls and responding to emails from providers requesting network access, handling transferred calls from Provider Service, supporting Network Field Leads in obtaining signatures on contracts and amendments, organizing and maintaining executed contract folders, supporting Network Development by coordinating with Network Operations and reviewing necessary documents, coordinating internal communications to the Network Field Team, and providing overall support to Network Development and Value Based Contracting Leadership as required.
