Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Training & Onboarding Specialist, you will assist Feathr’s customers in the implementation process across their websites and platforms during their onboarding period, walking them through initial technical understanding and helping them publish their first marketing campaigns. You will ensure customers successfully integrate Feathr into their marketing and are able to confidently navigate the platform, launch campaigns, and plan next steps for their Feathr marketing. Additionally, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, record progress in Planhat, identify and mitigate risks, understand customer sentiment, cultivate enthusiasm, exhibit expertise on the Feathr platform, and address technical aspects or configuration requirements to tailor the platform to customer needs.
