Position Overview

Clipboard Health is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Onboarding Expert to join our growing team. As the first human point of contact for new healthcare professionals (HCPs) after signup, you will play a crucial role in guiding them, offering support, resolving blockers, and setting them up for success on our platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others and enjoys engaging conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Make approximately 75 outbound welcome calls daily to newly signed-up professionals.
  • Host around 7 pre-booked, 15-minute onboarding consultations.
  • Send follow-up emails and texts to address questions and ensure no one is left behind.
  • Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all interactions.
  • Act as a trusted guide, helping healthcare professionals feel confident, supported, and ready for their first shift.

  • Quick learner with new tools and systems.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, onboarding, or customer support is a plus, but not required.

  • Not cold calling: You will only contact professionals who have recently signed up.
  • Not technical support: You will guide users but escalate complex technical issues.
  • Not repetitive: Each conversation is unique, requiring critical thinking and adaptability.
