Position Overview

Clipboard Health is seeking an Onboarding Expert to join our growing team. As the first human point of contact for new healthcare professionals (HCPs) after they sign up, you will guide, support, and help them overcome any challenges to begin making a difference. This role is crucial in ensuring our HCPs feel confident and ready to take their first shift through our app-based marketplace.

We connect healthcare facilities with on-demand talent, facilitating the booking of shifts and access to staffing. Responsibilities

  • Make approximately 75 outbound welcome calls daily to new professionals who signed up the previous day.
  • Host around 7 pre-booked, 15-minute onboarding consultations with professionals.
  • Send follow-up emails and texts to address questions and ensure no one is left behind.
  • Respond to inbound messages and support tickets.
  • Maintain clear documentation of all interactions.
  • Act as a go-to guide and trusted partner, fostering confidence and readiness in healthcare professionals.

  • Not cold calling: You will only speak with professionals who have recently signed up.
  • Not technical support: You will guide users but escalate deeper technical issues.
  • Not repetitive: Each conversation is unique, requiring critical thinking.
