Responsibilities

Partner with Aetna business units, plan sponsor, and vendors to design wellness program initiatives promoting preventive health and healthy lifestyle changes
Join the plan sponsor's wellbeing team to design, facilitate, and evaluate effectiveness of wellbeing programs that educate and influence employees at worksites
Lead planning and implementation of onsite biometric screenings, working with screening vendors and plan sponsor wellness team, including wellness champions; monitor participation and implement engagement strategies
Provide personalized guidance to employees on healthy lifestyle choices
Establish rapport with plan sponsors and engage leaders in data-driven decision making for employee wellness support
Support wellbeing champion network (employer leadership and employees) by offering guidance and recommendations for trainings
Recommend appropriate combinations of wellbeing activities, coordinate wellbeing and community programs, and vendor services; assess program effectiveness
Regularly analyze and present data from health assessments, organizational assessments, claim utilization, employee surveys, biometric screenings, wellness incentives, or other sources
Utilize preventive guidelines and health strategies to achieve customer health goals
Conduct research on health promotion and disease prevention topics as required
Educate and refer customers to health resources, Aetna Care Management programs, and community resources
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., nutritionists, pharmacists, behavioral clinicians, health educators, doctors, providers, wellbeing service providers, internal/external partners)
Serve as subject matter expert on wellbeing and health improvement opportunities within Aetna and the community; provide support and training for sales partners
Lead in-person or virtual presentations to promote health education and wellbeing initiatives
