The ideal candidate should be highly organized and self-motivated, possessing the ability to independently manage a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience in managing office operations and vendor relationships. Familiarity with government transactions, visa applications, and legal document management, particularly related to Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), is highly desirable.
The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related needs, coordinating with vendors and managing facilities and equipment. The role includes handling incoming mail and deliveries, managing the reception area, and supporting onboarding of new employees. Additionally, the Office Manager will assist with organizing internal events, maintaining office policies, providing administrative support to leadership, and coordinating logistics for office supplies and IT equipment, while also managing bookkeeping procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
