Proven expertise in office management, operations, event coordination, or as an executive assistant, ideally with 2+ years of progressive experience
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and individuals
Service-oriented with professional presentation, high energy, and an entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of accuracy in work

Responsibilities

Oversee office operations, ensuring optimal working conditions and collaborating on policies to improve efficiency
Organise employee and community events (virtual and in-person), manage budgets, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams
Coordinate employee gifting and travel for EMEA events; foster a sense of equity in socialising and recognition
Manage EMEA and APAC VP schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare documents and assist with meeting logistics
Support O&EE Manager initiatives, StackHuddles, StackFest, and manage WeWork and Stack Social channels
