Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of experience in community management or content production. Prior experience with overseas community operations is a plus
  • A strong passion for ACG (Animation, Comics, Games). Must have experience playing NIKKE, particularly with an interest in Japanese pop culture, anime, and related trends
  • Fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing) for daily work
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with users and coordinate resources. Strong work ethic and responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Global Community and Content Operations for “NIKKE”: Responsible for formulating, executing, monitoring, and analyzing strategies for the game and community, enhancing user stickiness and engagement
  • Plan and Drive the Production of High-Quality Creative Content: Develop and implement content initiatives (events, videos, graphics, copywriting, etc.), monitoring their effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Brand Marketing Teams: Coordinate with various teams to create topics, community operations, and user operations based on game milestones, aiming to leverage community traffic and activity to support game launches, growth, and retention
  • Build a UGC/PUGC System: Establish a User-Generated Content (UGC) and Professional User-Generated Content (PUGC) ecosystem aligned with the game's anime/manga IP characteristics, attracting and retaining high-quality content partners
  • Maintain Core Users: Utilize user feedback, market data analysis, and activities/content to cultivate and maintain core users, safeguarding product reputation
