Candidates should possess experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. A proven track record of new logo sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations) and/or Management Consulting is required, with a demonstrable history of closing deals.
The New Logo Account Executive will strategically navigate a targeted set of prospective accounts to close initial opportunities and convert Prospects to Customers, deeply understanding their company challenges and goals to pair them with ServiceNow solutions. They will establish relationships within defined accounts to achieve net new revenue growth targets, leveraging analytics, case studies, and market intelligence to create territory plans and strategies. This role involves applying these strategies, collaborating with the extended sales team and partner ecosystem to sell the value and long-term ROI of ServiceNow solutions, and ultimately orchestrating the transition of accounts to the Account Management team while continuing to focus on acquiring new logos and achieving net new revenue goals.
