Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Routing and Switching, including routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
  • Hands-on experience with Meraki Switches and Wireless
  • SDWAN and Wireless knowledge (added advantage)
  • JNCIA certified
  • Good troubleshooting skills on Juniper and Meraki network devices
  • Experience in Tier-2 support, network troubleshooting, handling escalations, Root-cause analysis (RCA), and SLAs
  • Ability to coordinate with internal clients to understand their network requirements
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ITSM and SNOW (ServiceNow) ticketing tools
  • Ready to work 24x7 shifts

Responsibilities

  • Handle CAB meetings with offshore, onshore, and change management teams for implementing changes on production and obtaining change approvals per ITIL procedures
