Requirements

Good knowledge of Routing and Switching, including routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP
Hands-on experience with Meraki Switches and Wireless
SDWAN and Wireless knowledge (added advantage)
JNCIA certified
Good troubleshooting skills on Juniper and Meraki network devices
Experience in Tier-2 support, network troubleshooting, handling escalations, Root-cause analysis (RCA), and SLAs
Ability to coordinate with internal clients to understand their network requirements
Ability to multi-task effectively, with good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ITSM and SNOW (ServiceNow) ticketing tools
Ready to work 24x7 shifts

Responsibilities

Handle CAB meetings with offshore, onshore, and change management teams for implementing changes on production and obtaining change approvals per ITIL procedures
