Responsibilities

  • Manage Key Account Managers to develop and maintain customer databases, evaluate/classify targets, and prioritize territories
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with key accounts to ensure company services meet requirements
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity; collect and report market intelligence to supervisors and marketing team
  • Support marketing in developing yearly master plans and executing detailed marketing programs/activities
  • Handle sales operation issues within given authority
  • Utilize customer database for weekly/monthly working plans, daily detailing calls, resource allocation, and direct-to-consumer activities
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Translate long-term sales strategy into quantifiable sales objectives and goals; cascade targets and performance programs
  • Foresee market changes, adapt metrics, and ensure execution of sales/marketing programs with feedback
  • Implement effective daily sales calls, maintain records, and address product complaints timely
  • Harmonize activities (product presentations, consultations) across hospitals, health centers, kindergartens, supermarkets, and consumer organizations
  • Update product knowledge and healthcare backgrounds; manage company/department reports timely and correctly
  • Ensure compliance with company Business Code of Conduct and local laws
  • Carry out special work assigned by management
  • Develop, motivate, coach, and provide guidance to the Key Account Manager team
