Proven experience leading successful, high-performing sales teams is required, along with a track record of building strategic relationships and exceeding sales targets. A strong coaching mindset and the ability to develop others are also necessary.
The National Sales Manager will develop and execute a 12-month commercial sales strategy, setting sales targets and supporting a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs). They will be responsible for fostering strong partnerships with clinics and prescribers, handling escalations, and ensuring operational excellence in the sales cycle. The role involves strategic planning, hands-on leadership, commercial acumen, and driving growth of Montu’s prescription share and brand presence through regular travel to client meetings and in-field coaching across QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA.
