About the Role

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a book of business, addressing issues, and ensuring customers stay current on invoices. This role requires building strong relationships with healthcare executives by demonstrating business acumen and understanding clinical workflows. You will articulate the value proposition of Clipboard Health's products, educate stakeholders on workflows, and capture feedback to inform product development. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial for executing trials and initiatives with existing customers.

This role is primarily remote, requiring occasional local travel (10–20%) to nearby healthcare facilities. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the following locations:

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business, including regular communication with assigned accounts.
  • Resolve customer issues as they arise and assist with invoice management.
  • Build credibility and trust with providers and healthcare executives.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition and product workflows to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Gather prospect feedback on needs, wants, and pain points for product teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to execute customer initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Relationship management experience is strongly preferred.
