Candidates are preferred to have relationship management experience, and the ability to travel 10-20% of the time to local healthcare facilities. Residence must be in one of the specified locations or willingness to relocate is required.
The Account Manager will own a book of business, routinely speaking with assigned accounts, solving issues as they arise, and helping customers stay current on invoices. They will establish credibility and trust with providers and healthcare executives, clearly articulate the value proposition of the products, capture feedback from prospects, and work cross functionally with internal teams to execute trials and initiatives. Additionally, the Account Manager will take extreme ownership, demonstrate extreme curiosity, and exhibit scrappiness to overcome obstacles and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
