Candidates must possess a High School diploma or G.E.D. and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or other customer service related environment. Experience working in a team environment is required, and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Knowledge of the waste management industry and bilingual skills in a business environment are also preferred.
The Customer Service Representative I will process and resolve customer service requests accurately and efficiently, responding primarily to inbound calls and initiating outbound calls as needed. Responsibilities include inputting customer requests and service/route data into company systems, logging interaction details, and assisting with issue resolution, potentially involving cross-functional support. The role requires exemplifying high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency.
