Responsibilities
As a Museum Guide - Coordinator, Operations and Implementation - Guest Services, the individual will greet the public, welcome visitors to the Walmart Museum, provide information about Walmart's history and philosophies, perform housekeeping/maintenance, assist with technology operations, act as a liaison between the museum and tech teams, perform cleaning tasks, assist in welcoming group tours, and occasionally perform archival duties including scanning assets and cataloguing objects. They will also train on cash registers to assist retail operations as needed.
